JBC Tools C470-023 or C470023 is a C470 series soldering cartridge with an extended life tip.
All of the C470 series soldering tips are for use with the JBC T470 soldering handpieces. Additionally, the C470 series soldering tips are considered to be the largest soldering cartridges of all the JBC series. This range is available in many shapes, sizes, and special modules. Additionally, due to their larger size, the C470 series soldering tips are intended to be used for more intense soldering jobs and are perfect for both SMD applications with high power requirements.
The JBC C470-023 is a special cartridge with a blade tip that allows the user to desolder large pin rows. The tip measures 32.2 mm lengthwise and features a slant which measures 2.4 mm.
JBC soldering tips heat up instantly and offer excellent transfer-ability along with great durability. They last approximately five times longer than other brands due to JBC's exclusive heating system functionality and sleep hibernation features.
