The Excelta PV-10 is a Three Star Light Weight Vacuum Pen. It is designed to handle parts when moving them into and out of burn-in trays test sockets or other component transfer operations. The plunger in the rear of the tool activates the vacuum. The PV-10 is provided with two vacuum cups .50 inch and .63 inch diameter that slip onto a barbed fitting. The barbed fitting provides extra lifting power.
