The Excelta 549E-US is a Five Star 5.0 inch Custom Designed Angulated Head Anti-Shock Shear Cutter. This cutter has a shear action cut which reduces shock on delicate solder connections and components. The angle of the cutting head helps to increase visibility. Additionally, the recommended cutting capacity is 22 AWG (.025 inch diameter). This cutter is made from high-carbon tool steel and has static safe grips.
