Class 1000 Packaging for your clean room.  Each cord is double bagged which prevents contamination of contents before the product is transferred to the cleanroom.  Units are cleaned and packaged in a Class 1000 controlled environment to remove contamination from products for use in the clean environments.

The Desco 09234 Jewel, White, Adjustable, Elastic Wristband and Coil Cord kit meets and exceed the wristband and wrist cord required limits of the ANSI/ESD S20.20.  The solid stainless steel machined snap stud material will not wear and will provide a constant 1 to 5 pound release to prevent accidental disconnects and increased safety.

Silver infused polypropylene knitted band material provides better connection with operator especially for dry skin or in dry environments.  Additionally, the silver fibers are antibacterial to help keep the band and operator clean.

The lightweight replaceable fabric band is non-shedding, non-sloughing and will not introduce contaminants into the work area.  The fabric band can be replaced without replacing the entire wrist band.

A Medical Grade Stainless Steel locking clasp eliminates allergic skin reaction for most operators and prevents the band from slipping so that operators does not have to re-size each time.

A true six  foot  coil cord allows the operator additional coil cord length to move freely within work area.

Superior strain relief tests are conducted in excess Of 50,000,000 cycles which is over 3,125 times the minimum requirement per ESD S1.1 with Limited Lifetime Warranty.

The cord eliminates intermittent failures that occur with less durable cords extending the lifespan of the wrist strap.

A contoured spring supported banana plug prevents unnecessary wear to banana plug that will lead to accidental disconnects from banana jacks.

The low profile snap design keeps the cord from being disconnected or getting in the way of operator’s work area.

Each cord has a one megohm series resistor to protect operators from accidental contact with equipment line voltage.

Date Coding is provided so product lifespan  may tracked to ensure quality control.

This product is UL listed after an independent review of the product's design and meets OSHA requirements to ensure operator safety.
