Class 1000 Packaging for your clean room.  Each cord is double bagged which prevents contamination of contents before the product is transferred to the cleanroom.  Units are cleaned and packaged in a Class 1000 controlled environment to remove contamination from products for use in the clean environments.

The Desco 09233 white, jewel, adjustable, replaceable, elastic wristband is made with pure silver that is irreversibly bound to the band fibers.  The silver provides antimicrobial and anti-odor performance to increase the life of the band.

The solid stainless steel wristband stud is machined to exacting tolerances and precise profile to ensure a reliable path-to-ground connection to the spring loaded 4mm stainless steel constant contact coil cord snap.

The adjustment design eliminates the exposed "tail" of the band so there is not a chance of an inappropriate ground path.  It also prevents the band from slipping.

The medical grade 300 series stainless steel is used for all metal parts to eliminate allergic skin reactions for most people.

Date coding is provided to track the life of the band and ensure quality control
