The Desco 19283 is the wrist strap and footwear combo tester with stainless steel foot plate and molded base.
It can test the operator's path to ground, the operator's wrist straps with limits of 750 kilohms to 10 megohms and the operator's foot ground with limits of 750 kilohms to 35 megohms to determine that the personal grounding device(s) functions properly.
The unit has separate test circuits for wrist straps and foot ground and the operator can use the rocker switch to quickly test all personal grounding devices.
The new, durable, stainless steel test button reduces wear and tear on the unit.
This unit can be powered by a 9 volt battery or a 120/220 AC adapter. Â Desco 98256 is the 120 adapter and Desco 98257 is the 220 adapter.
Each unit is NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) calibrated with a certificate included.
