Desco 19270 Combo Tester X3 with Dual Foot Plate

Desco 19270 is a Combo Tester X3 with a dual foot plate. This item tests an operator's path-to-ground, wrist strap limits 750 kilohms to 10 megohms, and footwear limits of 750 kilohms to 35 megohms. (Please note this item replaces the Desco 19278).
