Circuit Medic 201-2102  is a 230 VAC complete professional repair kit. This item is the most versatile repair kit you will find anywhere to repair damaged circuit boards. This kit includes unique replacement circuits that do not use messy liquid adhesives for bonding. Additionally, the CIR 201-2102 includes eyelets as well as setting tools for plated through hole repair, Circuit Tracks to repair damaged circuit traces, adhesive and color agents for solder mask or base board repair. All of the items included in this all-in-one circuit board repair kit are packaged in a convenient, ESD safe carrying case.

Surface Mount Pad Repair - Quick Steps:

Evaluate the damage and measure the pad length/width

Select a replacement pad that matches the missing pad

Cut out the replacement pad from the Circuit Frame

Position the new pad using tape then bond in place

Complete the connection to the existing conductor


Land Repair - Quick Steps

Evaluate the damage and measure the land diameter

Select a replacement land that matches the missing land

Cut out the replacement land from the Circuit Frame

Position the new land using tape then bond in place

Complete the connection to the existing conductor


Gold Edge Contact Repair - Quick Steps

Evaluate the damage and measure the contact length/width

Select a replacement contact that matches the missing contact

Cut out the replacement contact from the Circuit Frame

Position the new contact using tape then bond in place

Complete the connection to the existing conductor


Circuit Track Repair - Quick Steps

Evaluate the damage and measure the conductor width

Remove the damage, place the new track and solder one end

Form the circuit track to match the original conductor path

Make any final bends and solder the remaining end

Bond in place and overcoat with epoxy


Plated Hole Repair - Quick Steps

Evaluate the damage and measure the diameter of the hole

Select an eyelet with the proper dimensions

Drill out the damaged hole using a ball mill

Insert the eyelet and form using setting tools

Completed plated hole repair


Base Board Repair - Quick Steps

Evaluate the damaged base board

Scrape away the damaged base board material

Apply epoxy using a mixing pick

Optionally apply epoxy with a foam swab

Completed base board repair
