ASG Jergens 64286 SS-4000 is a HIOS SS series soft stop, brushed, torque control electric screwdriver. This driver is designed specifically for sensitive assemblies such as hard drives, LCD's, and high density boards. It uses 10 sized screws (5.0 mm) and smaller, and offers full torque power while the tool is in reverse which makes these tools ideal for rework applications. With a unique ergonomic clutch, this driver is guaranteed to deliver less torque reaction to the operator, and is shock-absorbing in it offers 80% less impact and less torque reaction. With a torque range of 0.9 to 4.0 lbf/in, a drive size of 4.0 mm, and an approximate RPM of 1000 VDC, this lever start, inline, powered, electric driver is guaranteed to help you accomplish your production assembly work. Additionally, a plus for the ASG SS-4000 HIOS driver is that it is supplied with two bits which are the 0, 2.0 mm x 40 mm and 1, 4.0 mm x 40 mm JIS Phillips bit or ASG 64416 and 64422 4mm round bits for cross-recess head fasteners.
