For all "Normally Stocked" Products, ALL of the following must be present for a refund:
(1) Product(s) must be unused, unopened, and undamaged.
(2) must contact us for an RMA # and destination address within 10 days of receiving the product.
(3) products must be received at our dock on or before 10 days after being delivered to you.
(4) any damages in shipment must be reported to us immediatelly unless shipped collect on your account, thereby, requiring you to contact your carrier
(5) a 15% - 25% restocking charge will be assessed at our discretion.
For all "Non-stocked and Special Order Items" unless otherwise express in writing before shipment to you, all non-stocked / special orders are not returnable/not refundable. In some cases, where special order items are returnable at our discrecion, it is by 10 days receipt of delivery and is subject to restocking fees as well as additional manufacturer return charges.
