The Excelta 51-T is a One Star 7.0 inch Tube and Cable cutter. This cutter has stainless steel cutting blades which provide a smooth clean cut on plastic tubing and soft clean cables. They have a shear cut, cutting capacity of .38 inch.

ONE STAR SE series cutters are stamped tools made of carbon steel.  They have a black phosphate anti-glare finish and have ESD safe molded grips.
