The Excelta 299P is a Two Star 5.5 inch Stainless Steel Kevlar Scissor. This scissor features molded handles with high carbon steel alloy blades. Serrations on one edge makes this scissor great for cutting kevlar. Wider finger holes and smooth opening makes for easy operation. Nylon cover included.
