The Techspray 2204-8SQ is a Wondermask WSOL. This is a water-washable mask that is safe on ion beds and filters. It is ideal for closedloop systems and is removed quickly and easily with inline batch cleaning systems. It comes in an 8 oz squeeze bottle.
Protect soldering protected areas in a wave soldering process by applying temporary solder mask. Designed to apply smoothly, dry quickly, withstand high leadfree process temperatures, and then be removed easily. Also used for masking conformal coating.
Instructions: Apply a 5 mil to 30 mil coating to desired area. The substrate should be free from grease, oil, and particulate matter. Drying times depend upon ambient humidity. Under normal conditions a 10 mil coating of WonderMASK WSOL will cure in 45 minutes at room temperature or 30 minutes at 65 Degrees C. Do not over cure, as blistering of mask can occur.
