Desco 19784 Analog Compliance Surface Resistance Checker Test Kit

The Desco 19784 is the Analog Surface Resistance Meter Kit.  The Analog Verification Surface Resistance Checker is used to test worksurfaces, shelving, carts, garments, and chairs to make sure they are in compliance with the ANSI/ESD S20.20 per ESD TR53 standards.

Testing starts at 10 volts and automatically switches to 100 volts if the measurement is over 10^5 ohms.

This unit operates on a nine-volt battery and an LED illuminates when the battery is low to prevent inaccurate measurements and readings.

For point to point resistance (RTT) or for resistance to ground (RTG) measurements, five pound electrodes (Desco 50003) and test leads (Desco 19641) are included with this kit.  

Each unit is NIST calibrated (National Institute of Standards and Technology).
