The Desco 13275 is a Statshield Metal-Out Bag. It has an aluminum metal outer layer of laminated film that is required of many end users.
It can be closed with an antistatic, low charging, reclosable zipper.
40% of light transmissions allows for identification of bag contents.
Due to the integral antistatic, low tribocharging properties, contents of the back will not electrostatically charge during movement.
The static dissipative properties are not topically treated and not humidity dependent so they won't wear off.
The bags are manufactured on specially designed soft fold converting machines to prevent scratches and creases to maintain the integrity of the Faraday Cage shielding protection.
The large 3/8" wide seals provide greater seal strength compared to other similar products with only 1/8" wide seals making the bags more durable.
Each bag is identified with an ESD Protective Symbol as required by ANSI/ESD S541.
Each bag is also provided with lot coding for quality control traceability.
The polycarbonate compatible bag contains no amines or N-octanic acid and is non-corrosive and will not contaminate parts.
The bags are lead-free RoHS compliant and meet or exceed on or more of Electrical and Physical requirements of the ANSI/ESD S20.20, EIA 541, EIA, 625, MIL-STD-1686 and EIA 583.
Made in the USA.
