The Desco 10550 is the 55 gallon bag-in-a-box Statguard Low-VOC Floor Finish. The static dissipative cross-linked floor finish is used to convert hard non-ESD floors to ESD protective flooring. I can also be used for protecting and enhancing ESD permanent flooring like vinyl, VCT or rubber.
The floor finish meets or exceeds ANSI/ESD S20.20 minimum requirements as an ESD protective floor or as a primary grounding method. It is also a low tribocharging coating measuring <100 volts per the ANSI/STM 97.2 and meets or exceeds ANSI/ESD S20.20 minimum requirements for charge generation on flooring.
The two coat system is 23% solids and reduces the labor needed for initial install and on-going maintenance of the floor. (High traffic areas might need an initial three coat application.)
It meets the CARB and other regional VOC requirements and resists wear in order to maintain ESD performance longer.
The floor finish has been tested by Underwriters Laboratory to their slip resistance standards to ensure employee safety and to mitigate the user's liability exposure.
It does not contain harmful chemicals; No APE (alkylphenol ethoxylates) surfactants; carcinogens, mutagens or reproductive toxins. There are no ozone-depleting compounds and no ammonia; no heavy metals (zinc free); no flammable components and no components toxic to aquatic life.
It is also lead-free RoHS compliant.
Made in the USA.
